My stay was a complete disaster. The room was filthy, with a broken microwave and visible signs of roaches. The staff's negligence led to a lack of basic amenities and a nightmare with the smoke alarm. The ambiance was as horrid as the service— I will not return!

The staff was incredibly helpful and respectful. I felt welcomed, and the beds were super comfy, making for a restful night.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was an issue with roaches and unmaintained facilities. Also, the lack of basic supplies like toilet paper was disappointing.
